Whether you need help regarding forms or dealing with the authorities, fears about cancer progression or end-of-life questions, financial worries, caregiving for a loved one with cancer, or – as a parent with cancer – concerns for your children:

Before and after your hospital stay, we're your trained contacts for supporting cancer patients, families, relatives, and loved ones.

Our consultations are free of charge.

We advise you in our offices, by phone, or via home visits.

We accompany you to clinics, doctor visits, government offices, and the authorities as required.

We advise without discrimination on the basis of skin colour, mental or physical needs, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, native language, nationality, religion or residency status. We also offer advice in plain language, English, and Persian, and provide interpreters for other languages when needed.

The Psychosocial Cancer Counselling Centre for the districts of Schwäbisch Hall & Hohenlohe is run by the Krebsverein für Schwäbisch Hall & Hohenlohe e. V. The counselling centre is also funded in accordance with § 65e SGB V by the GKV-Spitzenverband (National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds) and the PKV (Private Health Insurance Association) and additionally financed by state funds approved by the Baden-Württemberg state parliament.
